Whether you are interested in peaceful continuation of married life or not.Better seek an amicable way of sorting out the Issue with the help of Elders respected by both the family and advise your husband to stay separately with you.Breaking the relationship is very easy and moulding the same would be very difficult.Do not take any hasty steps.Getting back your things would be an easy job for any advocate but getting back your peaceful life would be very difficult. For your query consult a local Advocate and it would be Done.

Though I have asked him to stay separate with me, he does not want that. Instead they force me to get out of their house.

They will bring the jewellery walking on their knees when called by Mahila Thana.

Husband will also agree to stay separate.

the problem is that my husband & his family does not respect or listen to my family.
