Dear experts,
what next if three warrant services failed.
1.Office address: Person is not here
2. Home address : was on rent has left
3. on both once again : untraceable
Court has given last chance.
Person is supreme court advocate..mobile is live....
Notice of demand already been served at office address.
If fails...case closed...
Please suggest

1. Instead of allowing the Court to "close the case". Move application to keep the case as "Dormant Case", till the accused is traced on record. Once the Accused is positively traced, subsequently move fresh application to "bring on board" and issue of fresh summons.

1. Disclose your identity and not smart and adopted alphabet spellings ....which I am yet to learn. You are anonymous and I do not respond such author.
2. I do not subscribe to your version, Supreme Court is on summer vacation for the last one month and very few advocates visit the Court.
3. However, if so, why did you not help police for execution of warrants?
