Nomination

We are two brothers and three sisters.
my father expired last year.
my father nomited me on bunglow (1+1).
shares transfer on my name.can I sell the bunglow and take entire cosideration.
Can My brother and sisters take any objection?
If take any objection what is solution?
Please advise me and what is the meaning of nomination.

nominee is only a trustee for legal heirs . your brothers and sisters have equal share in bungalow .

you will have to give them share of sale proceeds . no buyer will purchase property from you without NOC of other legal heirs

To Mr.Arungiri
100% Nomination mention in the nomination form submited by my father in the society office.therefore society transfered shares in my name.
What is your opinion please.
