Dear Sir,
There is a project name 2x500 MW Marwa Tendubhata Thermal Power Project in Janjgir-Champa district of Chhattisgarh which was given Environment Clearance under Environment Protection Act 1986 after Public Hearing for Start of Power Generation within 5 years with terms and conditions to be complied and fresh application will be given on change of product mix or activity. Now Enviorment Clearance has expired and they are in process of getting it by unfair means.
There is a rule and notification of MOEF with regards to extension of environment clearance that any project proponent has to apply for extension of environment clearance before expiry in prescribed FORM-I format along with compliance report only after that application will be accepted and proposal for extension will be placed before Expert Appraisal Committee to give recommendation for extension to regulatory authority.
But Member Secretary of placed the matter before Expert Appraisal Committee without submission of FORM-I along with enclosures required and compliance report. I have reported the same in DOPT public grievance portal but action is not taken please guide me there is chance of corruption and conspiracy between project proponent and officials of MOEF

You may better approach to CVC, if you find corrupt practices in the actions of the authorities.

I have already approached them through their website and logged complain but they have filed the same without mentioning the reason. May we challenge CVC inaction and their casual approach and filling/closing the case without proper investigation

I have filed RTI with CVC to provide action taken report and details of the exact reason for filing the complains without proceeding with investigations. Will be back for guidance after receiving the same.
