Non receipt of registrar judicial order dt: 7-1-2004 from supreme court against my mother petition

(Querist) 13 August 2013 This query is : Resolved
From:
Dhananjay C.Shah
Vadodara

Date: 13-8-2013

Dear Sir

My Mother Vimlaben Chandrakant Shah sent one petition on 4-12-2003 with Relevant important Paper [Zerox copy] to Hon'ble Justice V.N.Khare in Gujarati Language. The subject matter of petition is for direction for speedy running of case in Trial Court at Vadodara due to Old Age and being a Senior Citizen.

In the year 2003 RTI Act was not in force.

The RTI Act came in to force in the year 2005.

On 4-7-2013 I have apply under RTI Act for the status of application dated: 4-12-2003 and what order has been passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice Supreme Court of India.

I have received reply by Public Information Officer of Supreme Court of India on 25-7-2013 that as per practice of supreme court of India it has been WEEDED OUT ON 2-8-2005.

I am attaching following documents for your ready reference

01. Letter petition Dated: 4-12-2003 in the name of Vimlaben Chandrakant Shah in Gujarati Language

02. RTI Application copy to Supreme Court of India dated 4-7-2013

03. Reply received from Publication Information officer of Supreme Court of India.

04. Dr.A.S.Anand Letter to the Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court for disposed of case of senior citizen 22-4-1999

Now what is my Argument

01.One one side Supreme Court of India says on 22-4-1999 to dispose case related to senior citizen and on other side such petition of senior citizen is weeded out without knowing facts of the petition.

02. Regarding language: My Mother is not knowing ENGLISH Language SO I have sent letter/petition in Gujarati Language. I have a further argument that the person do not know English or any Citizen of India do not know ENGLISH they do not have a Constitutional Right to Get the Justice from Supreme Court. No such provision in CONSTITUTION OF INDIA that only English Language knowing citizen can get the Justice from Supreme Court other wise he is not entitle for Justice.

03. After sending Letter/Petition on 4-12-2003 Supreme court has not sent any communication to my mother. Till date I have not received any Justice from Vadodara Court. I am also informing you that since last 2008 I have approach to President of India and more than 39 letter has been issued by President Secretariat to All concern authority including The Registrar General Gujarat High Court and Deppt of Justice Government of Gujarat and Government of India, and Chief Secretary But no authority is giving me a reply since last five years. At present I have take this matter with International Human Rights Commission with all Important Paper and confidential correspondence with President of India.

04. Hon'ble Justice P.N.Bhagwati given a Statement in Open Court in Supreme Court of India that 'A POSTCARD IS A PETITION' and Justice must delivered to Petitioner. and this statement is also confirm in LOKSABHA BY MRS. SUSHMA SWARAJ IN RECENT SETTING OF PARLIAMENT.

What is my query

I want copy of Registrar Judicial Order Speaking Order Dated: 7-1-2004 with all explanation ask in RTI Application.

I request, appeal and pray to reply in the matter. I have a only argument that Supreme Court is Bound to give me a copy of Registrar Judicial Order [Speaking] Order Dated 7-1-2004. The world do not know the practice of Supreme Court of India. Supreme Court Cannot ignore Constitutional Right of Citizen of India. To obtain this copy of order what to do ? I am also in process to send this copy of IHRC for action at International Lavel for the ignorance of Human Rights.

I attached all four documents
