Dear Mam/Sir,
Hi i am Bhagyashree Punjani i have a Query..
I m working with an company its an Aavishkar Group. Its located in Dadar. I m Working as Back Office Executive. I have join on 25/02/2013 i have completed my 2 months. I dnt want to work with this company n nt to give Resignation letter also Because till yet i have nt got my Appointment Letter. i want to leave company bcoz i m Shifting to Pune.. Nw when i ask my Boss that i m Resigning than he told me that u will get salary after 90 days. or give notice period of 1 mnth bt u wont get leave in this period if i take leave than company will cut my hole month salary.. Its this true... Or else wht should i do . Can u Suggest me Plz..

before joining that company give any consent writtenly confirmation for jointing duty.
now you choose either one, 1month notice give or leave the company from without notification.

I would Leave Company Without Notification But wht abt my salary... i have worked for hole 1 month..there r telling they will give me salary after 90 days... bt whats the prove they will give me my salary after 90 days..

It shall be better for you to get in writing from the company that your one month salary shall be paid by them after the expiry of 90 days.
