Dear sir,
I am staying in a complex, Every day men are playing badminton court (which one provided by flat owner’s in the common passage between two building, this place was provided because indoor game place was not provided by promoter)till late nite 1130 Pm/00:30 Am hrs & they make too much noise, rapidly requesting them stop the noise & maintain the decency of complex ,But they are niot hearing even there parents are also involve with them ,Our complex don’t have association .Please suggest us what should we do now?

Playing badminton is illegal even though it is common space. However you can oppose playing till late hours or past midnight.
Raise this issue in the MC.

Move to RCS if it is Cooperative Society or authorities concerned, the act is illegal.

call for memeting of association members . in said meeting raise issue . lay down detailed guidelines for playing of badminton and other games in premises . if no action taken then move court for necessary reliefs .

well advised by the experts, may lodge complaint with the police. Initiation has to be taken to stop odd hour playing.

Wil get Injunction order. So no one can play after sunset till sun rise; And can be stopped totally, if can convince the judge. To look into other points''

Agreed with experts.
But make sure that others are not able to call police against you and you do not commit any nuisance (as per their version).

Yes it is important to make sure that once you approach police, they will be working on their own ideas to lodge a false complaint against you for abusing them in filthy language and harming them etc.
