Sir I am from Rajasthan jat in OBC Category and my wife from haryana jat we got married in 2006 she is eligible for OBC certificate or not

I would be forced to disagree with all above views.
Cast status is never acquired by marriage. It is acquired by birth. In case the cast of your wife is not OBC in Haryana then she is not OBC for remaining part of life.
It is absolutely irrelevant is she married to a person eligible for OBC reservation.
The decision of tehsildar is correct.
