Dear sir,
My cousin brother prosecuted for criminal matter now the party who file a sue against my brother is not present personally as well as his lawyer is also not present in court andperson who file a sue is allready sentence for jail under passa.
Now what shoud we do?

query is not clear to me.
If both lawyer and party remains absent on the date on few occasion then the case would be dismissed for default.

my query is suppose person A file a sue against B and in hearing B is present with his lawyer at every hearing but person A alone or with his advocate not appear in last 2 to 3 hearing and A is in the jail right now due to another offence then what remedies available to B?

Case will go on if he is represented by his lawyer.
He can appoint another person as his attorney to conduct the case as well.
