Opposite party misguiding the forum

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have filed my complaint in district consumer forum last year against builder and i have submitted my evidence but the opposite have filed their evidence affidavit this month and filed various photos of the building as the building is complete now and stating that building is complete from last year itself. How to defend this situation.

Although it is your repeated query, you are advised to defend the case based on the facts, if you have as against the claim of the opposite party.

By the way, what is the actual background of the case with the consumer forum?

Also, is your lawyer unable to refute the false claim of your opposite party?

Your lawyer should be able to handle to handle the matter and poke holes in the claim made by builder.
