Order in quash by high court and bail is pending

Dear Sir(s),

I want to take your valuable suggestion in the circumstances that, wife side has arranged to issue warrant against me from lower court after rejecting my AB from session court. i filed bail petition in patana High court as well as quash petition . in the first hearing of quash petition, order is given by the hounarable court to stay the further procedding because petitioner and wife ready to live together.

Sir, i already indicated my final verdict through my lower in session court that i can not reside with such wife at any cost. i admitted before IO and given all aisstant in investigations. i am always full of fear from wife and wife side to implicate in another bad incidents in future to fulfill her desire.

High Court given date in next month to attend both parties in the court. i want to take your siggestion that, what to say before the high court ? another side my bail petition is also filed and in pending for listing under hearing. my advocate is saying that, in the mead time of hearing of quash petition, bail may be granted by the high court.

Kindly suggest your strategy .

you should follow your advocate advise, thereafter you can file separetly divorce.

why did you make such a statement before the HC that you are ready to live with your wife . it is on said basis that proceedings have been stayed .if you dont want to stay with your wife mention the said fact before HC on next date . contest case on merits
