what is order of exile in divorce case...
the dispute is about matrimonial home...
normally matrimonial home belongs to both spouse as it is bought after marriage date but in the name of one spouse (wife)...

what is order passed in your case . if flat is purchased in name of wife has court passed order restraining you from using that matrimonal home ?

The property would be considered as the exclusive property of the wife unless the husband gets that set aside under Benami Transaction (Prohibition ) Act.

You have tried to coin a word unknown to HMA
I shall call me poor in knowledge if you can prove this word was used by any Indian court in a matrimonial case,although I am aware of foreign courts use of this word reading which perhaps encouraged you to test the degree of our smartness against you and that goes to prove ,you have no problem.
