If the land was purchased in the name of the minor son then on attaining majority the son becomes its absolute owner irrespective of the payments of consideration money made by his father.

If the property was purchased by the father in his own name, the question of minor son or major son does not arises, where as if it was purchase on the minor son's name, then the property shall be the son's own property.
