Ownership of property

Guest (Querist) 18 September 2018 This query is : Resolved
Hello,
I would like to know - If I own a property in Patna, Bihar and I would like to transfer the property wholly in my daughter's name, Can I get the papers made in Kolkatta or Delhi where I am currently living or I have to get the papers made in Patna only since its a Property in Patna?

What is specific in your query that compelled you to keep yourself anonymous?

Secondly, what do you mean by "IF" I own a property? That clearly denotes that you don't own any property and your query is quite hypothetical one. Question arises, if you have not yet owned any property, where is the question of transfer to your daughter?

Better discuss your problem, if you really have any. OTHERWISE, ANONYMOUS QUERISTS DO NOT DESERVE ANY RESPONSE.

Yes, I agree with Dhingra. Why hide under the veil as anonymous?

This website gives the option to be anonymous for security reasons. I would appreciate if anybody could help me out. This website has offered us the means to share our wisdom and help each other. Some of us here can be in a major trouble and seek genuine help so please if you cannot help someone at least don't put any negative comments and make their situation worse. Thank You.

Please note, solutions to the queries are not provided by the website owners. Experts have to solve your query. They can ask for your profile identity.

Further, genuine problems are not indicated with the suppositions, like "IF" etc. That is why, I have asked you to discuss the real problem. There is no reason for the experts to assume or presume about the existence of any problem with you.

No offense but people like you misuse such great platforms to bully others. With people like you around it is unfortunate that others don't get the chance to help. You have a problem with the user being anonymous you should have not replied to it and just ignored it but here you are wasting your and my time and time is precious sir, in a few seconds time people on this website solve each others problem, real problems, somebody might be in stress or depression and with that one person's advice they will get a sound sleep tonight. And that is precious. Too bad you won't be that angel.

It is the anonymous querists, who try to misuse free service provided by the experts by raising hypothetical academic queries.

If you feel your problem is genuine, better consult some local lawyer by paying his consultation fee. You do not deserve any free help from the experts..

Thank You Sir. Have a sound sleep. My problem has been resolved by a blessed soul. But I would like to say one thing, "free service" or not, it always feels good if you can help someone, even if they are a "student". After all these students will be the future of our legal system and the way our legal system is going its always good to impart the right knowledge even if you are gaining nothing out of it. Thank You for your time.

Mr. Anonymous, with deleted profile,

I help only deserving people, who are really encounter any of their personal problems, not lethargic students, who want to qualify their exams on half baked knowledge.

May noble souls help you earn your livelihood after you qualify the exam, but with a label of a quack.
