Pagdi system clarification required

Respected Sir/Madam,

Requesting you to suggest on below points.

1) In pagdi system, can a tenant give the flat on rent to a 3rd party?

2) If yes, can the land lord claim his share in this rent? if yes then how much amount needs to be shared with land lord & will tenant get proper receipt for this payment done to landlord.
