Organisations including banks and companies require experienced lawyers to be part of their panel lawyers list. The experience may vary from organisation to organisation. But generally it should be more than 7 years to approach or apply to any organisation requesting them to consider you as a panel lawyer.

Krishna ji is very much right that the companies look for experience though they may adopt flexible approach but all depends upon their will.
since u r still at a strat of legal career, u ve got lesser chances of getting panels immediately unless and untill u ve good approach in various institutions and organisations.
but till u get the panels be regular with ur practice, have a frist hand knowledge of the procedure.

Your question seems to be incomplete. Panel Lawyer of which organisation. Different organisations have different criterion in this regard. Kindly be specific .
