Parents surname

If after divorce, the child staying with her mother uses the surname of his/her father and the mother also use the surname of her divorced husband, do anyone of them can claim in the property of husband/father anytime? Will be there any responsibility of the father/divorced husband towards
the child or divorced wife?

child does not at all loose right to property of his father even if there is divorce between parents.

This law is irrespective of use of surname.

Child has the right in the property of father, in absence to the agreement if MCD or decision in divorce proceedings the wife has no right.
