Parking law in pagdi system property

(Querist) 06 April 2015 This query is : Resolved
dear sir

I am landlord with pagdi tenants. Off late couple of tenants have started parking four wheeler cars inside my premises and openly challenge me that they have full right to park . Sir their rent is hardly 100 rupees and i hve not given any permission to them to park . If they do not move their vehicle what approach should i take . I did go to local police station and made a complaint but nothing had happened .

Seek legal advise sir

Wrongful and illegal use of your personal premises and trespassing threin
which is both a security risk and illegal intrusion in your personal space and causing a prepetual nuisance to you and your family and your guests and visitors and children and ladies of your household - and given their brazen behaviour anything untoward can happen despite our best personal restraints...

You may approach the local SHO and if that doesn't work you may file an application with the Executive Magistrate of your area.

Hope that should work. Civil case may take a very long time. You may try this first. Also please consult your local Advocate.

Fix small gated fencing /wall in your premises, lodge complaint with the police.
