Parking of auto trolleys, cars & heavy vehicles

Dear Sir,
In front of my house open land(plots) are there and in that land people are parking auto trolleys, cars & other heavy vehicles irrespective of time from last nine months onwards.
Due to this lot of dust/noise is raising/happening with this lot of irritation is happening to me and when ever my daughters play out side I am fearing, as accident may happen to them and I had stopped them playing,
In these regard i had informed to vehicle owners to not to park the vehicles.
But there are not liesing my words and are parking the vehicle as it is,
In these regard I had given complaint in police station, and SI(Inspector) had not taken any action on them and instead he had told me that all vehicles are been parked in open land area but no road,owner of the plot is not having any objection, why are you objecting,
So Please inform/suggest me how to handle the problem for which i am very thankful to you.

well the parking is done in open plots . the said land does not belong to you .your objections would be rejected

Only the owner of the plots can object. Wait till the construction starts.

You can file a criminal complaint under section 133 of criminal procedure code before local SDM against the public nuisance and pollution.
