With due respect to the learned lawyers, I want to ask a question. Kindly guide me.
I am living in a society in Dwarka and I am owner of a flat. A parking slot has been alloted to me by the Managing Committee and my flat No. is written on it, but I do not own any car. Those flat owners who have more than one cars are approaching me for the parking slot. I do not want to give this parking slot to any one and want to keep it for my future use. Can any body compel me to give this parking slot to any one?

No there can be no compulsion you are free to leave it vacant until you require it for your use please approach your co op society and inform them of your future requirement in writing as a matter of abundant caution

Your space cannot be got vacant for a long time if other members are feeling difficulty to park their vehicles inside the premises of the society though legally you are its allottee.

Better to make mutual arrangement with any near and dear for temporary period.
