GRANDFATHER HAD MADE REGISTERED PARTITION DEED(1972) TO HIS THREE SONS IN HIS LIFE TIME(IMMOVABLE PROPERTIES).
1. AFTER THE PARTITION DEED HAS THE PROPERTY BECOMES ANCESTRAL PROPERTY OR SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY OF THEIR SONS ?
2.HAS A SON ANY LEGAL RIGHTS TO SELL HIS PROPERTIES TO THE THIRD PARTY WITHOUT THE CONCERN OF OWN CHILDREN.
3.HAS A SON ANY LEGAL RIGHTS TO MAKE PARTITION DEED TO HIS OWN SONS AND LEAVING HIS OWN DAUGHTERS ?

The property in the hands of the father is his private property, not ancestral property. Therefore, the grand children have no right to claim any share in the property.
The father need not take any one's permission or consent to dispose of the property.
