partition of property

(Querist) 04 March 2010 This query is : Resolved 
my grandfather has 4 son & 2 daughters, earlier my 2 uncles were patritioned & agreed that they have no part in my grandfathers property & also 2 daughters are agreed that after marriage what will law says in this case whether my 2 uncles & 2 uncle sister can claim right of property of my grandfather after agreed that they have no right in stamp paper ?

please advice me

If they have not specifically undertaken on any legal document then no oral reliance is sufficient and they can legally claim their right in the property left by their father but on the other hand the property shown partitioned in favour of two of your uncles shall also merge back and the whole property shall be divided as per law.
