(Querist) 03 August 2010 This query is : Resolved
whether partitioned property is a ancestral property during the life time of the beneficiary of the partion deed?
s.subramanian (Expert) 03 August 2010
yes certainly.
adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (Expert) 03 August 2010
Yes I do agree with S.Subramanian
R.Ranganathan (Expert) 03 August 2010
As per my knowledge and thinking, once a partition has been effected of the ancestral property, then the ancestral nature of the property vanishes and the property becomes the sole and absolute property of the beneficiaries who had legally partitioned the same.

So, I disagree with the above opinions.
