Hi Experts
if daughter file a partition suit in father property (father died and no will left behind) how much time its take for partition?? is that legal if brothers sells the property without sister consent??

Sir,

When father died?

It can take 1 year Tim minimum and if the property stands in father name then the brothers cannot sell the property ....
