Hello Experts
I would like to know what is the procedure for filing a new patent in India and if the same can be also granted a patent globally.
As for India is there a fixed procedure or different for patent types.
Also what is the process to file an international patent for an invention made in India.
Post filing of the patent how soon is applicable to the patent holder
Please guide me

You can apply for registration of your invention as patent at the national jurisdiction and also globally. If your invention is unique and not similar to any of the patents already registered globally then there are chances to get it registered globally. You can directly visit the Patent registration office for basic formalities.. do not reveal the content and ensure that the content of the invention remains secure till the final submission.
