Along with the regular suit you've to file a miscellaneous civil appln u/o.33 r.1 of cpc for permission of the court to sue as an indigent person. The appln. should contain the particulars of the suit and that the plff has no sufficient means to pay the court fees prescribed by law. A list of property of the plff is also to be attached containing the estimated value thereof.
