sir i joined gramin bank i want to know whether i will get pay protection or not as i am an ex-serviceman

write to your hrd dept for the details.

even the ex servicemen association if any in the bank would know/guide you,mas there are no common guide lines for pay fixation of ex-serviceman on re employment.

Please tell who is owener of said Gramine Bank.Pay protection is allowed only in Goverment or semi-Goverment departments.

if your bank is govt bank or semi govt bank than only you will get pay protection otherwise not if private bank is there.
