SIR,
MY WIFE FILE SECTION 125 CrPC FOR MENTENENCE. I AM SERVING IN DEFENSE AND I WANT TO KNOW THAT TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE AND OTHER ALLOWANCE IS CONSIDER FOR DETERMINING THE SALARY OR THE ALLOWANCE ARE EXEMPTED.

If the gross salary includes transport allowance, then certainly it is considered as income.

How these allowances are paid, as part of salary or on actual basis on production of bill?

If as part of salary it would be included.
