Payrevision applicability to teachers working in superannuat

Sir
I got retirement on July 2017 and was working in superannuation till may 2018.Last Tamilnadu payrevision monitory came to. effect from Oct 2017 but payrevision took effect from Jan 2016. Should I be eligible for new payrevision or not during superannuation

It depends upon the terms and conditions of your appointment after superannuation, show it to a local lawyer practicing service matters.
By the way what is the dispute to be analysed, opined and obliged/advised by legal experts??
It is abuse of this platform and LCI admin should filter such procedural questions.

Your pay would have been regulated from January 2016 with consequential arrears.You are not eleigible for any benfits during the extended service.

I wonder to know, instead of asking question about payment of arrears of your service period due to retrospective effect of the pay revision, you have asked for pay for a period of work after retirement. Any reason for that. Have you got arrears from January 2016 till 31.07.2017, the date of your retirement? If received, nothing becomes due to you. If you are working as teacher after retirement that is your contract appointment and your pay for the post retirement period, which you call working in superannuation, will be regulated by the terms of your appointment. However, revision of your pay would solely depend upon the discretion of the appointing authority.
