Perjury

my wife has filed dv against me and court has also ordered interim maintenance to her but she is working in a college and she is lying before court so can i file case of perjury against here. here job is not permenant neither mine. will it be helpfull in divorce case if i file it.

permanent or temporary job it doesn't make any difference. When relation is admitted you have to pay the maintenance. Her job is temporary so to lead the life she joined the job so you have to pay the maintenace.

If you can prove her salary and the same is sufficient to lead a decent life mean you can challenge the interim maintenance..
