Person on bail....leaves country without permission of court

One Person Faces proceedings under ASTROCITY act and IPC 406,420, He got bail from JMFC on conditions....The Complainant Requested the doubt that the accused will in attempt to leave country...In Reply the court took gurantee of not leaving country till next date on Pursis(Not Affidavite). The accused left country and moved to Australia and returned in a month...This tour was without any permission or without taking any No Objection Certificate from Police Department....So is it contempt or violation under which provision or jurisidiction?
And How Can I get evidence of Visa obtained by accused?

if he is without informing gone to outside india, you have robust evidence then file cancellation of the bail.

You can seek this information from MEA as well as from the embassy of that country. This is a contempt of court punishable under section 15 of Contempt of Court Act. Additionally, you can also get his bail cancelled by moving a simple application supported with documentary evidence as pleaded.

Obtain information from MEA about that particular person who might have gone there by using his passport and permission.
