Dear sir/madam
i took the personal loan one of the private bank. loan amount 2.0 lak, but 2016 feb to feb 2019 36 month monthly emi also will paid. but now i can't pay due to financial problem and also bossiness in last 7 month but i fear now they are so many phone calls to me. Now i fear they go court fraudulent and forgery case but my situation very bad but i will paid shortly with in the period of the final date of loan closing anybody help to how to handle this problem please....

If at all you fail to repay, the suerty would be at risk and the bank may proceed agaisnt him.However, try to convince the bank authorioties for one time settlement.

Discuss with your banker and repay outstanding amount.

1. Try amicable settlement or restructuring of your Loan.
2. IF you are being threatened for repayment of Loan, THEN tell them to go to hell. When court procedures starts, THEN engage advocate and pay only before the trial concludes. Nothing serious can happen.
