Had a pet dog.... Regularly vaccinated n was healthy.... Had no complaints abt my dog..... My neighbour whose goat was bitten by a street dog and died for which he kept poison..... My pet died yesterday eating that poison..... I need to take action against that culprit he has no rights to keep poison and kill dogs...

What proofs you have regarding keeping poison for your dog by your neighbour and your dog died of that poison?

You should establish the fact of poisoning your dog because your neighbor cannot enter into your house to poison your dog, if your dog entered his house and ate what was there in his house, how can be held responsible for it.?
