If i took loan from my employer but now i have left his service and also unable to repay my loan then can i request my employer in writing to deduct the unpaid portion of my loan from the PF amount???? i want to use my PF to repay the loan to my employer company. how can i do this?? pls advice me. I am currently unemployed . age = 36.

You can claim your PF. The cheque for your PF will be in your name with full amount due to you. You will have to repay your loan separately in cash or by cheque to your employer, as no amount of personal loan can be deducted out of your PF money.
