Hi,
I want to withdraw my pf, from my previous company,But MD is not signing in form and not given relieving letter also, so can i withdraw my pf from another channel.

You directly send the withdrawal forms to your nearest RPFC office with the reason of non-verification of the forms. The RPFC office itself shall force the employer to verify the contests of the form as per its record.

If employer is not ready to cooperate, Withdrawal form can be verified by any gazetted officer or by bank manager of nationalized bank or post master of post office etc.
You can ask, from Information officer of epf Office the following questions Under RTI-
1. What is the procedure of withdrawal if employer is not ready to verify the withdrawal form.
2. Please provide the list of officers other then employer, who can verify the withdrawal form.
3. Within how many days from the submission of withdrawal form the amount is settled.
Then You may act according to answers.
