Plan approval

sir, My name is srinivasu. residing at rangampeta mandal of east godavari district, andhra pradesh. in rangampeta i have purchased 4 cents site (without layout approval). now i am planning to construct a building in my site. but the officials are rejected to approval the plan. in this situation pl tell me how to get the approval.

The body who is authorized to grant approval has rejected it already,then what can experts here do????

By the way have not stated the ground of refusal so that some light can be thrown.

You shall have to get the change of land use. If the land is meant for the agricultural and you intend to use it for residential area then the officials are right.
