Sir,

Please clarify the following queries;-

1. The recent judgements delivered under plea bargaining scheme on Section 279, 304-A IPC.

2. Can an applicant/accused if dissatisfied with the quantum of punishment refuge to accept the decision under plea bargaining and request for trial?

3. What is the prescribed fine of above said IPC Sections under plea bargaining?

2. I think yes as provided in 265 K. I would like to know from learned members, please clarify, whether application and required affidavit may be considered as confession against accused ? If yes then What is the purpose of Sec 265 K
