Dear sir my father done sale agriment for 2 plots. He given total amount to other party and not mention any time in that. Other party promised in that ofter land conversation he give 2 plots. Still land is not converted.Some one saying that document is valid after 3 years . now it is 4th year.now my father expired I am confused pls help me .is it valid? Or can I renewal it. Or anything other?

Sir.. unfortunately your query doesn't describe the facts of the case precisely.
Whether the deed was a Sale Deed or An agreement to sale.. if it is an agreement, is there any time duration mentioned in the same? What are the basic terms of the agreement?
And very imp.. what conversion you are talking about?

Dear Friend,
Sale agreement is a valid document in relation to the Immovable property only if it is registered with the Registrar/ Sub-Registrar office of the area where the property belongs as per the Registration Act of India, as it is must as per the Act..
Unregistered Sale agreements are of no value.
