can an advocate hold the power of attorney of his brothers buisness

why not he can, there is no obstruction for him to hold GPA

It is to be borne in mind that the advocate is restricted to involve in any profession/trade during which he remains registered with bar so if GPA constitutes a duty upon such advocate to hold the business of his brothers, it is fatal for such advocate, however, GPA can be got registered.
