Post graduate diploma course in criminal lawyer

can a non LLB student do post graduate diploma in criminal lawyer? if yes then what will be benefits of doing this course? please suggest me? can i take a stand in future after doing this course legally? i hv done MSc.

Ignou is the university providing distance PGDCL..
( post graduate diploma in criminal lawyer). And I hv completed MSc...

The said course will provide you with knowledge on the field. But, you will not be able to practice Law in the courts, without a Law Degree i.e. LL.B.
