Is it will be legal that if we do regular bsc degree course during working as an abpm the graduation certificate will be legal or illegal

If you have obtained permission to pursue the higher education from your department head and if your studies don't hamper your employment then you can proceed with your desire to acquire higher education.

I just wonder how you can prosecute further studies of Bachelor of Science ie B.Sc regular course, which I presume attending the college. Is it evening college beyond your working hours? You need to seek permission to prosecute further studies from your Employer and if your prosecuting further studies does not hamper your official duties, your Employer shall permit you. If you go ahead with studying without permission from Employer, the Degree you obtain, you may not be able to get recorded in your official records with your Employer.

There is no Rule or instruction having the force of law which prevents a Government employee from pursuing higher studies. However, pursuing such higher studies is no excuse for compromising devotion to duty. Dereliction of duty amounts to a misconduct and may result in imposition penalty or even removal from service.

Hence, it imperative that the course of study selected should be compatible with your duty hours.
