I need the Form of Power of Attorney to be executed by my daughter studying in USA, in favour of her father (myself)for the purpose of receiving a Flat as a gift.

By this POA I___of___now residing at__do hereby appoint ___ of ___my attorney, for me and on my behalf to receive the gift and on my behalf to appear for & represent me before the sub-registrar of___to present before him for registration the gift deed of ( here write the RS No:--) dt:--day--of--made between ____ & ___ etc., to admit my signature and xecution of the said deed to do any act, deed or thing as may be necessary to complete the registrtion of the said deed in the manner required by law and when it has been returned to him after being duly registered.
And I, the said___ do hereby agree and declare that all acts, deeds and things done, exeucted or performed by the said ___shall be valid and binding on me to all intents and purposes as if done byme personally which I unde4take to ratify and confirm whenever required.

Please do not forget to mention the name of the DONOR, the complete description of property gifted and state that the gift given by the DONOR is accepted by your daughter.

It shall be better to mention therein all the particular of the property to be gifted, the relation of the donor with donee, the consideration (love & affection etc.), full particulars of the donor (becuase the donee is residing in USA and money laundering act is applicable is such matters)are necessary to be fully established to avoid future consequences.
