Power of attorny

1.if an immovable property has shares of 4people..2 brother and 2 sister..can share of sisters be transferred to one of the brother..?

2.if another brother executed power of attorny in his name before registered date of power of attorny first mentioned power of attorny but after registering 1st one..?

3.can u please tell me sections and which act to refer ..?

yes one sister can relinquish her share in favour of her brother .

yes! that is possible.Consideration and not its's adequacy is required by section 2(d)of the Indian contract Act which speaks of "something".
