If some one given poa doc on 100 Rs bond & that person can sold property without owner permission ?

POA has to be registered with Sub-Registrar in order to become valid document for the attorney to sell the property of the principal or executor of the POA not otherwise.

POA has to registered with sub-registrar by paying necessary stamp duty and then only POA holder can sell the property without owner's permission.

The POA even if it is unregistered it is Valid and Legally enforceable for the Execution of Sale Deeds etc.The Supreme Court in " Syed Abdul Kahader VS Ramireddy" and in many other cases had made it Clear

I doubt 100Rs. stamp duty is very less for this transaction require to check your state law, if by chance there is less stamp duty for close relative etc. I doubt that document is not valid.
This is my preliminary interpretation may go wrong since documents and other factors are not examined

Value of stamp paper for POA depends on the place /state where it is executed for ex in delhi 100 Rs stamp paper would suffice.
