challenge the order within appropriate time before appropriate court.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 25 June 2015
1. No, the Registrar cannot modify, revise or set-aside the order passed by a Judge of the same Court.
2. If you find some legal lacuna and/or aggrieved by the order passed by a Judge file an appeal, which is your right.
3. What is the opinion and advise of your lawyer?
4. What prompted you to post such language on this (public) platform against the Judge?
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 25 June 2015
without giving facts of the case you cannot expect better advise.
