Pr card and registration for leave and licence agreement

I would like to give on rent my flat.
It is necessary to have PR card for registering the agreement of leave and licence.
How to get PR card

Dear Chandu,
PR card is necessary as it is describing property description and name of owners. Hence for registration of L & L it is required. It is available in City Survey Department.

Any proof of Ownership will do for Regn of LL Agr.

Property Tax, Municipal Tax bill, Soc Mtn Bill may be sufficient. , if PR not avl.
