Sir,I don't understand your reply.I truly believed that academic is the very base of practical law.
Regarding my question I could like to clarified that through it may like academic query by you but I asking you guidance for applied law.
Facts of the case is that I filed RTI application to PIO for answer script of successful candidate in examination,But PIO denied this information on the basis of assumption made by supreme court in Para 24 of their judgement in CIVIL APPEAL NO.6454 OF 2011(copy of Judgement attached below)
Hope this time you will not avoid my request of guidance by taking the ground that it is academic query,if you don't know the law regarding my question then it o.k but please don't take lamp excuse.
