Prejury proceeding u/s 340 during revision petition

Please let me know does application u/s 340 is maintainable after the main case is decided and revision petition is pending. Case filed by my estranged wife u/s 125 has been decided and i have filed revision petition. so now during the process of revision petition can i file suit u/s 340 against my estranged wife ? If yes can you please refer any judgement or authority in this regard ?

Dear Querist

if there is any false statement given by her before revisional court then only the complaint u/s 340 of Cr.P.C will lie before session court otherwise not.
