There are two questions. (a) How to carry out valuation of agricultural property with a small portion having built up area in mehrauli, delhi (b) what is court fee for probate and any other stamp duty for aforesaid property.

The court fee is payable at the rate of 4% of the value of the property in respect of which the grant of probate has been made. A valuation report is generally issued by the Assistant Collector, Grade - I, Sub Division & District in New Delhi.
