Problem in filing execution petition due to name difference

A eviction order has been issued by Punjab Wakf Board U/s 54/55 against Ram Kumar President Arya School and file execution petion U/s 55(3) Before the Court of S.D.M. Then the other party file a suit in another name Arya School Education Trust through its president before the Hon’ble Tribunal and got stay order. On this order the court of SDM sine die close the proceeding till the final decision of the case.Now the case has beern decided infavour of wakf board and against Arya Education trust. Pls guide me in whose name Execution should file because of name difference

1. The E.P. should be executed on Mr. Ramkumar as he being the principal of such Arya school since the Arya School was not determined and recognized as the property of the Arya School Education Trust by the Charity Commissioner /Appellate Tribunal and such Arya School premises is located within the jurisdiction of the Punjab Wakf Board.
